Dolphin Swim Club of Skokie

This warm-water, indoor pool, located inside a hotel, features a large pool deck, comfortable seating, and accommodating full bathrooms and changing areas. The pool offers a large amount of room with a depth reaching nine feet. It is conveniently located just minutes from Chicago in a northern suburb with easy access from the Edens expressway (I-94).

$55 per month for baby swim lessons
$78 per month for semi private lessons
$168 per month for private lessons

Payment Policy

Payments are made on a perpetual payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Our Calendar

Classes and registrations are ongoing at Dolphin Swim Club, so we are no longer tied to sessions. Upon joining, you have committed to at least two full calendar months of lessons. Classes are 30 minute long, once a week. To withdraw from the program, a 30-day written notice must be given.

Registration Policy

Dolphin’s classes are ongoing, allowing students to start at will. Registration is also ongoing, but current students get priority placement. Customers will be automatically and continually registered until a 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE from the customer is received.

Announcements

We aim to keep you informed! Please check signs posted in around our pool deck, our website, Facebook, and the monthly e-newsletters sent directly to your inbox for all important announcements.

Cancellations

Occasionally, bad weather or poor conditions (low temperature, poor chemical balance, etc.) may warrant cancellation of classes. In either case, we will announce cancellations using local radio station Star 105.5 FM as well as on the website www.emergencyclosings.com
A free make-up voucher will be issued redeemable for one year past the issue date and scheduled up to a week in advance.

Class Size

All of our classes - except for Baby Swim classes - have four or fewer students per instructor. Dolphin Swim Club reserves the right to cancel classes with only one (1) or two (2) students registered.

Water Gear

Dolphin provides all equipment for the classes, including goggles. Students need only bring a swimsuit and towel.

Diapers

It is mandatory that all children not fully potty-trained must comply with our double-diaper policy. One must be a cloth, reusable, plastic-lined Dolphin Swim Club-approved diaper.

Illness

Students displaying symptoms of fever, diarrhea, or any other contagious illness are prohibited from participating in any Dolphin Swim Club activities.

Dropping A Class

There are no prorated refunds or credits for missed or dropped classes. Credit for medical situations supported in a written acknowledgement from a licensed medical practitioner will be extended from the DATE WE RECEIVE them. Retroactive requests for medical credit will not be granted.

Auto Pay

All payments are perpetual by direct debit. This ensures the swimmer will not lose his or her spot. This payment comes out once a month using a debit card or credit card. You may still change your class time, if needed. If you wish to take a break from lessons, a 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE must be received. These forms are available at the front desk. Lessons will cease 30 days from when we receive the written request.
